About the Event
During the 3 day event participants will be introduced to proven, evidence based stress management and resiliency techniques such as yoga, mindfulness training, qigong and peer support. This training is specific designed for frontline health care workers. PLEASE NOTE- The button to RSVP says "BUY TICKETS". This event is no cost to the participants.
